The team at Alaya are here to cater for your every culinary need.

Alongside are sample dishes, however, the Concierge Manager will liaise with you to customise the menus to your exact requirements.

Breakfast is available from 6am and the team are at your disposal at all other times until dinner service is completed.

House wines, champagnes and a fully stocked bar are offered complimentary and available at all times. A pianist and other entertainers can be made available at an additional cost.
